Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee: A $500 Registration Fee is required to reserve your seat in the program. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total tuition balance. Transaction Fee: All credit or debit card payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Zelle Payments: Payments made via Zelle do not incur any transaction fees. Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled session, you may request to reschedule into a future cohort within 3 months of your original start date. A $250 transfer fee will be applied to your remaining balance. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: If you choose not to attend your scheduled session and do not reschedule, the $500 registration fee remains non-refundable. Drop-Out Policy: Lafayette Tech Institute maintains a strict no-refund policy once a student has begun the program. Refunds will not be issued for: Failure to complete the course Voluntary withdrawal Missed sessions Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after course completion. Media Release: By enrolling, you authorize Lafayette Tech Institute to photograph and/or record you during training sessions. These materials may be used for: Marketing and promotional content Educational materials Social media and website use Liability Waiver: You acknowledge participation in a hands-on training environment and agree to release Lafayette Tech Institute, its owners, and instructors from any liability for injuries that may occur before, during, or after training. Equipment Policy: All equipment and tool purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Exchanges will only be permitted if an item is verified as defective.
