It depends on the device and the fault, so we confirm turnaround after inspection rather than quoting a number up front.
Can you support staff outside metro Atlanta?
Yes. Atlanta-area pickup and delivery covers the metro, and tracked mail-in covers everyone else.
Do you handle asset tracking?
Yes. Asset tagging, serial capture, and inventory records are part of pre-deployment and are handed back with the fleet.
What does insurance-backed protection actually cover?
Screens, keyboards, ports, housings, batteries, and internal components, with no deductible and unlimited claims per device. Loss, theft, and software or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
