Campus device programs, from purchase order to repair

Colleges buy in departments and refresh in cycles. We support both — contract-ready quotes for each department, staged lab refreshes, and a repair bench that keeps older equipment productive instead of surplused.

How campuses use us

Built around how a campus actually buys

  • Department-level quoting. Separate, contract-ready quotes per department or grant, referencing the cooperative contract number your purchasing office expects.
  • Lab and classroom refreshes. Imaging and staging for a whole room, delivered on a schedule that fits the academic calendar.
  • Faculty and staff fleets. Standard configurations, asset tagging, and a single point of accountability for support.
  • Board-level repair. Micro-soldering on laptops and MacBooks extends the life of equipment that would otherwise be replaced.
Why it works

One partner across the lifecycle

Procure and configure

Genuine hardware from HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, and Microsoft, imaged and enrolled before it reaches campus.

Repair instead of replace

Screens, ports, batteries, liquid damage, and board-level work on equipment still inside its useful life.

Local logistics

Atlanta-area pickup and delivery, plus tracked mail-in for satellite campuses.

Questions

Common questions

Can each department get its own quote?
Yes. We issue separate contract-ready quotes per department, grant, or cost center, each referencing the cooperative contract your purchasing office uses.
Do you support both Windows and Apple equipment?
Yes, including MDM enrollment in Intune, Google Admin, or Jamf, and board-level repair on laptops and MacBooks.
How does cooperative purchasing work for a public university?
Lafayette Tech is an authorized dealer/reseller under TD SYNNEX's Sourcewell (#020624-SYN), OMNIA Partners (#R250307), and Equalis Group (#R10-1173F) cooperative contracts. Eligible members can purchase at pre-competed pricing without issuing a separate solicitation.
Can you handle a summer lab refresh?
Yes. Imaging, staging, delivery, and removal of the outgoing equipment are scheduled around the academic calendar.
